Association dissolution

The dissolution of the „Foederatio Phytotherapica Helvetica – FPTH“ can only be decided by an extraordinary general assembly. The dissolution acquires legal force with the approval of the 3/4 majority of the members present and entitled to vote.

In this case, the assets of the Association shall be transferred to an organization which pursues the same and/or similar purposes and objectives as the „Foederatio Phytotherapica Helvetica – FPTH“ or to an already existing or newly established fund or foundation.
